I am Richard, owner and main technician for Handyman Services. I am a dedicated husband, father, and grandfather to some very special people. Along with my “Family”, I include being a veteran and having serviced our great country as one of my proudest single moments in life.

My maintenance services started while growing up, I was able to grasp mechanical concepts when working with my dad, grandfather, other family, and family friends. When I was 13, my uncle and his business partner offered me the opportunity to work my summers and weekends at their rental complexes cleaning, painting, and performing mechanical repairs. Thus, my exposure to the maintenance field. Maintenance has been my life choice since! 6 years in the Army servicing motorized equipment. 30 years inside the CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machine industry as a technician and manager. Now having dedicated myself to being the Owner/Operator of Handyman Services since 2015.

Why I am a Handyman? This answer is simple and twofold. One, I enjoy working with my hands and the satisfaction of producing the correct solution to a problem, besides the fact I am very good at it! Secondly, I enjoy meeting new people and being of service to them and resolving their problems! I would say the satisfaction is 50/50 for me.
